I didn't draw it but colored it. I colored it digitally in Adobe Photoshop using layers, the marque tool, paint brushes and opacity to get the final product. I'm interpreting that Bob and Hexadecimal are having a lover's quarrel. Anyway, I hope everyone likes it.
